These terms govern use of psychmarketingwithak.com, operated by Run Dem Labs LLC, SHAMS Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Engagement terms
Marketing and consulting services are provided under a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties. This website does not itself constitute a service contract.
Minimum term & cancellation
Standard engagements carry a three-month minimum term, after which either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice, as detailed in the engagement agreement.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is owned by Run Dem Labs LLC unless otherwise stated. Client deliverables and IP ownership are defined in the engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
Advisory services are provided on a best-efforts basis. Specific liability terms are set out in the engagement agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah.
