§ Fit & Trust
Why should I trust you over another candidate? +

You shouldn't take it on trust — that's what the diagnostic call and written audit are for. You'll see my analysis of your specific funnel before you commit to anything, so you can judge the thinking directly rather than the pitch.

Why not hire a marketing agency instead? +

An agency is excellent at execution within a channel. I decide which channels deserve budget, hold the strategic relationship with your board, and I'm structurally accountable for the business outcome, not the deliverable count.

Why not just hire a full-time marketing director? +

You can — and for some companies that's right. But a director-level hire typically isn't positioned to own board reporting or set strategy independently. A Fractional CMO gives you that seat at roughly a third of a full-time CMO's fully-loaded cost.

Can you really understand my specific industry? +

I've worked across twelve industries because the core problems repeat: unclear positioning, an unaccountable funnel, a team without strategic leadership. The four-week diagnostic exists specifically to surface what's genuinely different about your market before any plan is written.

Will you actually work with my existing team, or replace them? +

Replace, in nearly every case, no one. I lead your existing team and fill the strategic gap above them. Where a role is genuinely missing, we discuss hiring it as part of the 90-day plan — you decide, I don't unilaterally restructure your team.

What industries do you not work with? +

I don't take engagements in categories requiring regulatory expertise I don't hold — for example, marketing for regulated financial products or pharmaceuticals requiring specific compliance sign-off. I'll tell you directly on the diagnostic call if that's the case for you.

§ Cost & Commitment
How much does a Fractional CMO cost? +

Most engagements run $90K–$150K annually for 2–3 days a week, scoped to your specific needs after the diagnostic. That's typically a third of a fully-loaded full-time CMO once salary, bonus, equity, and benefits are included.

Is there a minimum contract length? +

Three months. Strategy and team changes need time to show measurable results, and a shorter term doesn't serve either of us. Most clients continue 12–18 months.

What if I want to cancel? +

Thirty days' written notice after the initial three-month term, no penalty. You keep everything produced during the engagement — strategy documents, reporting templates, and hiring plans.

Are there hidden costs beyond the monthly fee? +

No. Ad spend, tools, and any contractors are budgeted separately and approved by you in advance. My fee covers my time and leadership only.

Do you take equity instead of, or alongside, fees? +

Occasionally, for very early-stage companies with constrained cash. This is evaluated case by case on the diagnostic call, not offered as a default structure.

§ Working Together
How long before I see results? +

The written diagnosis arrives in 2–4 weeks. Early operational fixes — reporting, targeting, positioning — typically show measurable movement within one quarter. Structural revenue growth (like the case studies shown) usually takes 9–18 months.

How involved do I need to be? +

A 30-minute weekly sync and sign-off on the quarterly plan is the floor. Some CEOs want more involvement; that's welcomed, not required.

What does a typical week look like? +

Two focus days on-site or via video, plus async Slack access across the week. You'll always know what I'm working on and why.

What if it doesn't work? +

We agree on three success metrics before starting and review them monthly, in writing. If the numbers aren't moving, we discuss why directly — and either party can exit after the initial term.

Do you work with multiple clients at once? +

Yes — that's the nature of a fractional role. I cap active engagements to protect the 2–3 days per week each client is guaranteed, and I'll tell you my current capacity on the diagnostic call.

What happens to my team after the engagement ends? +

Ideally, they're operating independently against a system that outlives me — documented processes, reporting cadences, and, where relevant, a director-level hire I've helped you recruit.

§ Getting Started
Do you work remotely or on-site? +

Both. I'm based in SHAMS Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE, and work with clients across the GCC, MENA, and globally. Most engagements are a mix of on-site visits and remote focus days — whatever fits your team's rhythm.

What happens on the first call? +

Thirty minutes reviewing your current funnel, team, and goals. You'll leave with a plain assessment of whether a Fractional CMO fits your situation — even if the answer is no.

What information should I bring to the first call? +

Nothing is required. If you have recent funnel or CAC numbers on hand, it helps — but many founders come with nothing more than the problem they're trying to solve.

How quickly can you start? +

Typically within one to two weeks of signing, depending on current engagement capacity.
