About
Fifteen years learning what actually moves revenue — across SEO, paid media, and social.
Not a marketing philosophy borrowed from a bigger company. A set of working principles, tested across brands from Shell and Coca-Cola to Fashion Valet and My Book Qatar.
I started in performance marketing. I stayed because results are measurable.
My career began in digital marketing — SEO, paid search, social media, and analytics — serving brands across Pakistan, the GCC, and internationally. I built campaigns, managed budgets, and trained teams, then watched leadership teams struggle to connect marketing output to business outcomes.
That gap — between what marketing produces and what a board or CEO needs to trust — is the premise of Run Dem Labs LLC. My job isn't to run campaigns in isolation. It's to be the marketing leader who owns strategy, channels, and accountability.
Today I work as a Fractional CMO and marketing strategist for companies from $2M to $100M in revenue — across ecommerce, financial services, education, CSR, technology, and consumer apps. Based in SHAMS Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE.

Four things I believe that shape every engagement.
Marketing is a revenue function, not a creative one
Creative work matters, but it's an input. The output your leadership cares about is pipeline, CAC, ROAS, and organic growth.
A plan without data is a guess
I don't propose a strategy until I've seen your analytics, your funnel, and your channel performance.
Transparency is a retention strategy
Clients who understand exactly what I'm doing and why rarely churn. Clients kept in the dark almost always do, eventually.
Most companies need fewer channels, run better
The instinct under pressure is to add a channel. Almost always, the better move is to fix the three you already have.
